Q. – How does a customer become a member of the program? A. – There is an application attached to each card, the customer needs to fill out the card and the information is entered to the computer.
Q. – Can the customer use the card on the day they fill out the application? A. – No, the customer can begin using the card on their next visit to the store. We need time to enter the information to activate the card.
Q. – What does the customer earn with the card? A. – The customer receives 10 points for every dollar spent on items other than prescriptions. The customer receives 250 points for every prescription.
Q. – What are the points worth? A. – 2500 points equal $5.00 that can be redeemed in store towards a purchase. There is no cash redemption on the points.
Q. – Are there any products that the customer cannot collect points on? A. – Yes. Points cannot be collected on diapers, stamps, lottery, bus tickets/passes, tobacco, bottle deposits, bill payments, charitable donations, delivery charges and phone cards.
Q. – How do the points get added to the customers card? A. – There will be a prompt at the end of a purchase transaction .
Q. – How does the customer know how many points they have? A. – The totals will be displayed on their receipt.
Q. – Does the customer have to redeem their points when asked? A. – No, the customer can choose to redeem or to continue collecting.
Q. – Does the customer have to have their card to collect and redeem their points A. – Yes.
Q. – Can customers have more than one card attached to their Rewards account ? A. – Yes. Two cards can be combined to one Rewards account but only one can redeem points.
